We scored over 50 new NFT projects this week, and these are the seven we think you should know about. Please keep in mind that NFTs are a speculative asset class, but these projects have scored well based on our fundamental analysis process.

Impostors Genesis Aliens (81%) – Metaverse/Gaming

Impostors Genesis Aliens is a AAA social gaming metaverse that is player-owned and powered. The project’s first game is a play-and-earn “social deduction game” (similar to the popular Among Us video game) built on Unreal Engine. Token holders will own and control the Impostors metaverse which is governed by a community DAO. Custom game modes, map makers, and metaverse expansion are planned for the future. The Impostors Genesis Aliens represent the foundational NFT collection of the Impostors ecosystem and serve as passes the Impostors Genesis Season which will play host to seven unique events. Only 10,420 of these intergalactic creatures will ever exist. Each Genesis Character has a combination of over 200 traits and will provide stat-based advantages in various metaverse game modes.

Team:
The team is composed of over 30 engineers and builders with experience working at AAA studios including Epic Games, Roblox, Pixar, and more. The three main team members are Elliot Wainman, Tim Clancy, and Marty Caplan. Wainman is the creator of EllioTrades Crypto & NFT YouTube and Twitter accounts with over 1.2M followers. Clancy pioneered some of the first blockchain games at Enjin and has also worked for Amazon and Electronic Arts (EA) on Battlefield 1. Caplan has previously worked for SEGA, EA, Playstudios, and Zynga.
Utility:
The Impostors Genesis Alien NFTs have a significant advantage in the Play-and-Earn economy and will be eligible for all Genesis Season events. On April 14th, 2022, Genesis Aliens holders will be able to stake their NFTs and begin accumulating $BLOOD tokens. $BLOOD tokens give holders access to purchase upcoming NFT drops: Impostors UFOs, Impostors Pets, and at the end of the Season, Impostors Land. Each one of these NFTs will be required to play their respective game.

Origins Access Pass (80%) – Utility

Origins Access Pass is a utility NFT collection offering 1,000 total passes. At this time, about 850 of these passes are circulating. 800 of these are basic passes and 50 are genesis passes, which give the holder added perks. Pass holders receive access to some of the best analytical tools in the NFT market.
Origins partners include Parsec, icy.tools, NFTNerds, and Platinum Tools. To date, they have given away over 1,000 whitelist spots to their community and some collections have allowed Access Pass holders to mint for free. Check out their testimonials on Discord to see the outsized returns their holders attribute to these tools and community. This collection is relatively illiquid because many in the community feel it is meant to be held for the long run; as it gives access to alpha that can help holders realize profits for as long as they hold.

Team:
The team is not doxxed. A pseudonymous figure named Jumpman is featured in the Discord. His Twitter asserts that he is ex-Amazon and EY and is currently working on Origins NFT as well as metaverse project TreasureDAO.
Utility:
Members of the Origins community are granted access to 100+ private alpha Discord chats, dashboards with analytics for several different NFT metrics, and a free premium subscription to icy.tools for a year. Additionally, holders can receive whitelist spots for hot collections and even free mints. Genesis Pass holders get a private Discord chat, free genesis merchandise, and the ability to invite one guest to join the Origins community for free.

Origins Discord channel has around 7,800 members and their Twitter boasts 42,300 followers.

The Lunartics – PFP/Animated Series

The Lunartics is an upcoming on-chain animated series following the lore of 10,000 Lunartics, armed with tiny bodies and even tinier minds that have been making desperate attempts to Moon It since 1969 when Neil Armstrong unwittingly ripped them away from their home. This project is created by FOX Animation legend Julius Preite and notorious Writer/Producer Dan E. Fesman.
Holders of Lunartics will be able to vote on upcoming episodes and have a voice in how the series is shaped.
Team:
The Lunartics is created by Fox Animation’s VP of Animation, Julius Preite, who has worked on The Simpsons, Family Guy, King of the Hill, Futurama, Bob’s Burgers, and many more animated television series. Joining Preite is writer and producer Dan E. Fesman who has worked on the television series King of Queens, NCIS, and Grimm. Fesman has developed comedy, drama, and animated pilots for NBC, ABC, FOX, CW, SYFY, SONY, and ZDFe.
Utility:
Holders will have the ability to write a bio or backstory for their NFT character and if their Lunartic pops up in a future episode, they will get rewarded. Holders will have behind-the-scenes access to the making of an animated series.

Everseed Avatars – Gaming

Everseed refers to itself as a “Farm-to-Tabletop MMO” game. Building on Solana, this is one of the more hyped gaming projects releasing this season. On April 20, the team behind Everseed, Amihan Entertainment, is releasing elixir to 5,000 allowlisted individuals. The elixir will then be redeemable for a 2D profile picture reminiscent of the 3D avatar players will use to roam the Everseed world once the beta is live. Amihan is a progressive gaming company, setting a goal of having their game be carbon negative through donation of game profits to charities fighting climate change. As for the gameplay, the most apt comparison would be Bloons Tower Defense, but instead of app developers owning your towers, you own the assets protecting your plants from animals trying to destroy your crop. Team:
Everseed is built by Amihan Entertainment, a game development studio founded by former Riot Games developers. Riot Games is responsible for billion-dollar game series League of Legends. The three co-founders, Kenneth Liu, Naomi Parker, and Paul Loy, alone combined have over 20 years of experience at Riot. CTO Paul Loy, spent four years at Sony prior to joining the Riot Games team. In addition to the founders, the website lists a team of 10 other members with experience at Blizzard games and other game studios.
Utility:
Everseed avatars will be playable within the highly anticipated Everseed game on Solana.

Everseed is a popular project prior to its mint. The project enjoys a healthy following of 28,000 on Twitter and 30,000 on Discord. An interesting feature of their Discord is potential users have to apply and pass a vote to chat in the channel.
